These terms and conditions govern the use of the NEXORA website (hereinafter «the Site»), published by NEXORA, Maison d’Affaires & d’Investissement, located in Cotonou, Republic of Benin. By browsing the Site, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Website presents the Firm, its areas of expertise, its Investor Services Desk, and its Business Center. The content is provided for informational purposes only: it does not constitute a contractual offer or legal, tax, or investment advice. Any collaboration is subject to a written proposal for a mandate, which is formalized in a separate contract.
You agree to use the Site in a lawful and fair manner, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and not to extract its content using automated means without authorization. Forms must be filled out with accurate information.
Submitting a form (contact, reservation, guide download) constitutes a request for information; it does not create any contractual obligation on either party’s part. Reservations for spaces at the Business Center are not final until written confirmation is received and payment is made in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the quote.
All content on the Site is protected. Any reuse without written permission from NEXORA is prohibited, except as permitted by law (short quotations with attribution, noncommercial private use).
The Site may contain links to third-party sources (the World Bank, Beninese institutions). NEXORA has no control over this content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy or availability.
NEXORA may modify these terms at any time; the applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of your visit, which includes the date of its last update.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Benin. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Cotonou.
