Project Development & Coordination

An idea is only as good as its execution. We structure, coordinate, and manage your projects all the way to the final result—not just to the presentation.

Your Challenges

Projects rarely fail because of the idea. They fail because of a lack of coordination.

As a project leader, you’re juggling experts, government agencies, funders, and technical partners—each with their own timeline, language, and interests. Without dedicated project management, milestones slip, and funding slips away.

Our role: to keep everything on track. We structure the project, coordinate all stakeholders, bring in the right expertise at the right time, and monitor implementation until the goal is achieved.

Frequently Asked Questions

Project Development — FAQ

At what stage can you take over a project?

At any stage—whether it’s an idea that needs to be fleshed out, a feasibility study that needs to be finalized, or a project that’s stalled along the way—we start with an honest assessment—even when it leads to the conclusion that the project needs to be completely reworked.

Who conducts the feasibility studies?

Expert partners whom we have carefully selected—in engineering, finance, law, and the environment—whom we oversee and whose work we synthesize to help you make a decision. You have a single point of contact.

How are you compensated for project management?

Most often: a flat fee for project structuring, followed by management fees based on time spent or milestones reached, with a potential success fee upon delivery. The terms are set out in a contract before the project begins.
