Privacy is one of our six core commitments—and it starts with your data.
Framework. This policy has been drafted in accordance with Benin Law No. 2017-20 on the Digital Code and with GDPR-style best practices expected by our international clientele. It will be approved by a committee prior to implementation.
Through our forms (contact, Business Center reservations, guides, newsletter), we collect only the following: name, business contact information, company name, profile (investor, company, project leader, institution), nature of your request, and the content of your message. No sensitive data is required.
Your data is used exclusively to: respond to your request and forward it to the appropriate department; prepare quotes and engagement proposals; send you the requested guides and analyses; and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not engage in unsolicited marketing, nor do we share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data collection is based on your consent (forms) and on the performance of precontractual measures. The data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and then archived in accordance with applicable legal retention periods, up to a maximum of three years after the last contact for prospective customers.
Access to data is limited to authorized employees, who are bound by a confidentiality agreement—consistent with the commitment to discretion that we apply to all our engagements. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, backups).
You have the right to access, correct, object to, and delete your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (including for the newsletter, via the unsubscribe link included in each email). To exercise these rights: [email protected] .
The site uses audience measurement tools (GA4) in a user-friendly configuration: no third-party advertising, no resale of browsing data. A consent banner will be displayed upon launch for any non-essential cookies.
